Seana L. Watts is a strategic executive legal leader with over two decades of experience navigating high-growth technology sectors. As Vice President, Commercial Legal (Americas Region) at Salesforce, she directs risk mitigation, transactional strategy, and legal operations for a $25 Billion commercial organization spanning the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Beyond regional operations, Seana holds global accountability for Salesforce’s Commercial Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and advises the Office of Ethical and Humane Use on emerging legal frontiers, including the ethical deployment of Artificial Intelligence.

A champion for community advancement and governance, Seana serves on the Board of Directors for the ZNO Community Service Fund, a non-profit dedicated to uplifting the Westchester County community. Within her local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she serves as Parliamentarian and co-chair of environmental initiatives. Her community leadership also includes serving as a Girl Scout Cadette Troop Leader.

Prior to joining Salesforce in 2019, Seana spent a decade at Xerox Corporation, rising to manage the commercial legal team for the U.S. and Canada after anchoring her early career in private intellectual property practice.

Seana holds a J.D. from Syracuse Law School, an M.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship, and a B.A. from Syracuse University. She is admitted to the New York Bar, is an active member of the NYC Bar Association, and lives in Westchester County with her husband and their two sets of twin daughters.
